Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure you receive your goods in perfect working order, however in the unlikely event of a problem with a delivery, please contact us on 01443 756579 or e mail sales@dvsdirect.co.uk quoting your order number and details of the problem. All claims for damaged goods must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Warranty
All equipments are covered by the manufacturer's standard twelve month parts and labour warranty, however on some products the warranty may be longer. In the event of a fault with any piece of equipment during the warranty period, please contact us on 01443 756579 or e mail sales@dvsdirect.co.uk quoting your order number, serial number and details of the problem. You may be required to return some items for repair during the warranty period at your own cost. If in doubt please ask.

Despatch Policy
Prices on the site include delivery to UK [Mainland] only. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to expedite your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order or selecting other goods.

Cancellation and Returns
If during the first seven days of receiving your delivery from us, you decide that you do not wish to keep the goods, and the goods do not contain any fault, then you can return the goods to us. The merchandise must be returned to us unused and still within its original packaging. If the above is adhered to we will refund the cost of the goods including shipping costs, but we will not refund the return shipping of the goods. In some instances there may be restocking fees charged too, but we will always advise if this is the case. To avoid unnecessary additional costs to you, please ensure the goods ordered are correct. If in doubt please ask!!

Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
